For help with an ebook order or account, sign in to MTK Reader and include your order number when contacting the publishing team.

Digital delivery

After payment is verified, your ebook is added to My Library. Read it by signing in to the MTK Reader app with the same account. Full ebook files are not sent as public download links.

Refund policy

Digital purchases are reviewed case by case. If a refund is approved, access to the related ebook is removed from My Library.

Frequently asked questions

Use the same MTK Reader account across supported devices. If a recent purchase is missing, reconnect to the internet and refresh My Library after payment is verified.

Privacy policy

MTK Reader uses account and order information to provide purchases, My Library access, and reader progress. Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider, not stored in the reader app.

Terms of service

Purchased ebooks are licensed to the MTK Reader account used at checkout. Access may be suspended for refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders.
